Joyce Lye, our chairman of Wicare, is an inspiration to me and to the ladies in the team. She converted her experience and pain into caring for the bereaved. Despite having to make a living, she’s generous with her time and money with those in need.Her day is always full,with working late into night. She listens without judging and recognize what’s utter in frustration and pain is a phrase that a widow goes generally bounce back sooner.Her strong faith enables to always look for good in a person, no matter how difficult. She holds a crown above the person and patiently wait for her to grow into it. Therefore, she always spending quality time with them and constantly looking out for talents – ladies with common passion and leadership qualities that could serve in the main committee and sub-committee.

She is a person with an unrelenting curiosity about things around her, and always loves to talk about new ideas and possibilities to improve Wicare.
